Phones across Florida sounded off Monday afternoon with the Amber Alert.

LAKE WORTH, Fla. — An Amber Alert issued for two children kidnapped out of Palm Beach County has been canceled after the family was found safe, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The alert states that 2-month-old Cristhian Maradiaga and 1-year-old Ariana Maradiaga were last seen with Marjorie Maradiaga, 19, in the area of West San Salvador Street in Lake Worth.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office explains on Facebook that at 11:49 a.m., a fight broke out between the 19-year-old and 21-year-old Santos Escobar, who is said to be the suspect.

Escobar, who had a gun, reportedly forced Marjorie Maradiaga into a gray 2004 Lexus with Florida tag number YG73144 with the two kids.

The Amber Alert for the two children was canceled about two hours after it was sent.

"The family is safe," FDLE said in the update.
