J. Cole, SZA, Nelly, Big Sean Headlining

Earlier this summer, we reported that J. Cole and his Dreamville Records collective were launching the inaugural Dreamville Festival in North Carolina. On Sept. 15, attendees will gather in Raleigh’s Dix Park to watch a grade A line-up of hip-hop and rap talent, which has been officially revealed today.

Headliners for the fest, aside from J. Cole, include Nelly, SZA, Young Thug and Big Sean. Rounding out the list of performances are Teyana Taylor, Rapsody, Davido, Rich The Kid, Saba, YBN Cordae and King Mez. And of course the line-up wouldn’t be complete without Dreamville’s hometeam: Bas, J.I.D., EarthGang, Ari Lennox, Cozz, Omen and Lute.

The Dreamville team has plenty of ammo for the show, as J.I.D., EarthGang and Ari Lennox have new music coming down the pipeline. However, a little over a week ago, Lennox, the label’s lone woman and lone songbird, told the world that she no longer wanted to do music anymore. “I literally have nothing kind and sweet to give to music,” she tweeted. “I have nothing more to write.” Thankfully, she’ll still be blessing her fans with her vocal gifts at Dreamville Fest.

If you haven’t already, grab your tickets here. Profits from the festival will go towards the Dreamville Foundation and the Dix Park Conservancy.
