Don't Look Up featured an all star cast, and it almost got that much better when Matthew Perry was supposed to appear in the film. However, a health scare completely derailed this possibility. Perry revealed his life was saved because of CPR. It got so bad during the moment that his heart actually stopped beating for five minutes.

The actor revealed the emotional details alongside Stephen Colbert. "I got CPR, and the guy who saved my life broke eight ribs in the process," Perry said. "And my heart stopped for five minutes."

Perry continues on discussing the difficulties in not being able to be in such a film, particularly alongside close friend Meryl Streep.
